Do I have to have a Paypal account to pay my holding deposit online?
No. On the Paypal login page, just click on "Continue" under "Don't have a PayPal account?" on the left side of the payment screen.
Is my holding deposit refundable?
Your holding deposit is non-refundable unless we are unable to provide you with the floor plan you’ve requested. Otherwise, your holding deposit will be credited towards your security deposit when you move in.
What if I don't have a job?
No problem. Your application can still be approved with a co-signer. Please call our property manager at 210-349-5327 to discuss your specific situation.
What if I want to put down a deposit but don't have a credit/debit card to pay it online?
No sweat! Go ahead and submit the online application form and then call our property manager at 210-349-5327 to arrange for payment by check or money order.
How long will it take for my application to be processed?
In most cases you will be contacted within 24 hours of when we receive your application and holding deposit.
